We had an appointment for Iivana to have her stitches removed tonight. Remember the first attempt and the nightmare that followed? We waited 14 more days, so this round should be better. She was a brave doggie, so in this picture she's enjoying a rawhide reward treat. She still needs her e-collar though.
We make a ton of Mexican food and corn tortillas always seem to make an appearance. I always read the ingredients on these Mission corn tortillas and they seemed fine to me.
I was relieved to see the new packaging, with the official "gluten free" designation. It's always a breath of fresh air to see something you were pretty sure was safe, is indeed GF.
We make a variety of tacos including fish, pork, and chicken. Remember the fajitas and soup garnish? Those meals used Mission tortillas, so stay tuned for more uses with these corn tortillas. They are inexpensive too!
